Discounts are available to Landlord's with portfolios of two or more properties.
Handling your taxation obligations:
- We will pay you rent without deductions where you are Non-resident Landlord (NRL) Scheme registered.
- We can assist you in setting up your NRL Scheme registration where you are not.
- If applicable, we ensure the correct level of tax is deducted from your rental income.
- If deductions can be reduced, we advise you how this can be done.
- We pay the tax to the Inland Revenue on your behalf and report to you (if applicable).
- We provide detailed landlord statements, using Veco full double-entry, ICS/ARLA/CNR compliant accounts system.
- We can provide tax reports, income/expenditure, nominal and balance sheet reports for you or your accountants.
Landlord Rent Recovery & Legal Guarantee Cover
We are delighted to offer what is probably the most comprehensive and competitively priced rent guarantee and legal cover available. Paying up to six months of the rental per claim, and £50,000 legal cover. Furthermore we will guarantee you 50% of the monthly rent for up to two months should the property not immediately re-let. Cover starts from just £13.00 per month. Cover is limited to properties with a monthly maximum rental of £7,500 pcm.
